Cisco Meraki Dashboard issue and AnyConnect VPN not showing in event logs

Hello all

We successfully configured the Cisco Meraki AnyConnect VPN.

it works perfectly fine.

Today I connected to the dashboard to check out the event logs, and noticed that I have lots of events that I dont know what they are.

No one is actively connected to the VPN , but yet, I see lots of events.

Moreover, I connected successfully to the VPN (AnyConnect VPN) and authenticated successfully via okta (SAML), but even after  30 min of connectivity, the dashboard event logs wont show my connection, any idea why?

In the Network-wide -> clients, I can see my user connected.

I`m trying to troubleshoot an issue where another user isnt able to connect from her MacBook and getting an error, but I dont have any logs to look at.

any idea what can be done \ checked?

Take a look at the troubleshooting guide.

Thank you @alemabrahao

I went over the guide, but nothing there related to my issue.

Is it normal for the Dashboard to reflect changes (in the Event log specifically) after more than 40 min?

Only now, after 40 min i can see my connection reflected in the event log.

Moreover, any idea what are all those events I see there?  (i added a pic)  (they are there even if no one is connected)

"DTLSv1.2 connection established. Cipher: ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384(49196)"..
